There are two channels to receive files directly on your TransferNow account:

The first way to receive files is to use the 'push' feature:

This feature allows you to customize the file transfer form according to your needs (adding text fields, drop-down lists, option buttons, and checkboxes) and to share a simple link with your contacts so that they can send you files.

The second way to receive files is to use a custom widget on your website or another solution to receive files on your TransferNow account.

This feature also allows you to configure and customize the form according to your needs. You can then integrate it into your own website or solution with a simple line of HTML code (iframe tag).

It is possible to create several widgets. This can be useful, for example, in the case of integration into a multilingual site.

Our file transfer solution is available free of charge and without registration (that will always remain the case!).

If you would like to have higher limits and additional features, you can choose to create a TransferNow account.

Want to send files to one or more recipients? It's simple.

On our homepage, you will find our amazing file transfer tool! Click on the "Start" button and select your files and start filling out the form with your information.

To transfer files successfully, you must complete these required fields:

Your email address (to keep track of your transfer and receive related information),
Your recipient(s) email address(es) so that we can send an email containing the download link for your files to each of your contacts.

Please note that if you indicate the email addresses of 3 recipients, we send one e-mail per recipient. We do not send emails with your 3 recipients in copy for confidentiality reasons.
Add at least 1 file to send

Once the form is completed correctly, you can click on the 'Transfer' button and let the magic happen.

Once the file(s) have been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation on the screen and via email.

Did you receive an email notification saying files are available for download, but when you click on ‘Download’, it does not start? Don't panic!

Start by temporarily disabling any browser extensions you may be using such as adblockers (AdBlock, Ublock, Ghostery, etc.) as well as your anti-virus or firewall and perform a new download test, as they may block the download.

Still not working? Try downloading from another up-to-date browser such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Opera in private browsing mode.

Check the service status page to see if there is a temporary incident on our service.

You can choose to create a TransferNow account and select the package that best suits your needs to get more features and higher service limits.
